Fluffy Chocolate Mousse

Light and fluffy, just the way we like it!


No ingredient.

  • 250 g milk chocolate
  • 300 ml thickened cream
  • Instructions

    1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg together until smooth.
    2. Place chocolate into the microwave for 20s periods, stirring between each period until melted. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN THE CHOCOLATE.
    3. Beat the cream to soft peaks. DO NOT OVER BEAT THE CREAM.
    4. Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and stir through until well combined.
    5. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
    6. Place in refrigerator until required.
