Fluffy Chocolate Mousse
Light and fluffy, just the way we like it!
Ingredients
- 125 g light cream cheese softened to room temperature, cut into small cubes
- 0.5 cup caster sugar
- 250 g milk chocolate
- 300 ml thickened cream
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg together until smooth.
- Place chocolate into the microwave for 20s periods, stirring between each period until melted. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN THE CHOCOLATE.
- Beat the cream to soft peaks. DO NOT OVER BEAT THE CREAM.
- Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and stir through until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Place in refrigerator until required.
